OUR PRICING

Virtual Assistant Packages Start At $200/week.

Because every business and every leader's needs are different, we take a consultative approach to pricing and selling our services. We do not have a one-size-fits all approach to pricing.  Depending on what expertise you need from a virtual assistant, you can expect to pay between $35-$45 per hour with a low weekly minimum number of hours. Questions You May Have

  • Will I have To Train My Virtual Assistant?

    Your SiteFire Virtual Assistant is already trained and expierenced in the skills you need.  You will, however, need to show them the specifics of your business.  

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No, we do not currently require a contract or term commitment when using a SiteFire Virtual Assistant.   We do ask that you sign a proposal which will outline the scope of work agreed upon as well as expected costs.  

  • What is onboarding like?

    Once you've signed your proposal and have been matched with one of our Virtual Assistants, you'll be assigned an account manager who will walk with you through every step of the onboarding process.  You'll need to provide your new Virtual Assistant with access to any business software you need them to use.  

  • Can my Virtual Assistant Build Full Websites?

    No, but there's good news.  While most of our Virtual Assistants are expierenced in editing existing websites, full site builds are best left to our team members who focus on web design.  The good news is that SiteFire offers full web design and digital marketing capabilities to handle your site build needs.  

  • Will The Virtual Assistant Assigned To Me Rotate?

    Nope!  Your Virtual Assistant will be a dedicated resource that sticks with you over time.  You will not have to constantly be onboarding/training new assistants.  There will however, be times where a Virtual Assistant chooses to move to a new role, or is no longer working for SiteFire.  In those situations, we'll work with you to find a replacement and ensure a smooth transition.
