  • Do I have to host with you?

    We build on an industry leading web platform called Duda. Duda provides a superior hosting expierence, eliminates the need to manage plugin and security updates, and has some of the fatest page load speeds in the industry. 99+% of our clients prefer that we host their site on our account with Duda, however if you insist, we are happy to build the site on your account. 

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No, all of our services are either pay once or pay month to month.  Although we hope to be your web partner for life, we do not lock you into any long term contracts and will never hold you hostage if you decide to go a different route in the future.  We will, however, ask you to sign a proposal which will outline a firm price, the scope of work agreed upon, what you can expect from us as well as a general timeline for work completion.  

  • What is onboarding like?

    Once you've signed your proposal, you will be assigned an account manager who will guide you through the entire process from initial discovery to site launch and beyond.  Your account manager will always be a phone call, text message or email away and will make sure you never feel left on your own during the site build.  

  • Do you build e-commerce websites?

    Yes and no.  Generally, e-commerce sites require a different set of expertise than non e-commerce sites.  If your business will earn most of its revenue through online sales, you are better off building your own on a platform like Shopify, or hiring an agency that focuses mainly on e-commerce.  That said, if you only have a few products and just need some basic e-commerce functionality, we can absolutely help with that.

  • Do you offer phone support?

    Absolutely!  Sometimes if you call us directly, we may not answer but we will always return your call as quickly as possible.  Your account manager will also share their calendar with you so that you can book a call as often as needed.
